Situation
The Company's management team had significant experience operating a respiratory focused mail-order pharmacy and was interested in the Home Pharmacy division being sold by PolyMedica Corporation (Nasdaq: PLMD). Soporex engaged Croft & Bender to advise the Company and negotiate the transaction.
