Situation
After advising SEI on its sale to Narrow Gauge Capital in 2016, Croft & Bender stayed in continuous contact with the Company and had most recently successfully negotiated the sale of American Residential Products to the Company in October 2020. Following that transaction, Croft & Bender was engaged to help the Company evaluate strategic alternatives.
