The transaction was led by KT Capital Partners, an Atlanta-based private equity firm, with additional financing provided by CapitalSouth Partners, a provider of equity and mezzanine capital to lower middle-market companies.
Headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, FL, CableOrganizer is a leading online provider of cable and wire management solutions and related products, including networking components, electrical supplies, and equipment housing. CableOrganizer annually serves over 56,000 corporate, government, and individual consumer customers worldwide. The Company’s products are used for a vast array of applications in various environments, including office, industrial, home theatre, business and home computing, automotive, and networking.
