ControlScan engaged Croft & Bender to evaluate its strategic alternatives, which included valuing the Company, drafting the offering memorandum and related materials, marketing the Company, selecting a partner, and negotiating the transaction. Early in the marketing process, the Company received an attractive offer from EchoSat, Inc. ("EchoSat"), a portfolio company of Thompson Street Capital Partners, to merge the two complementary businesses.
Result
