Alliance Surgery is focused on the development, acquisition, and management of freestanding ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs).
The former management team of SURGICOE Corporation (a chain of seven surgical facilities), which was acquired by United Surgical Partners International, believed there was an opportunity to generate significant value by building a network of ASCs in the southern half of the United States through the development of new ASCs, as well as through the acquisition of individual, non-professionally managed ASCs. The Company was seeking equity capital to fund this process.
Croft & Bender successfully raised capital for the Company with Dauphin Capital Partners, Ivy Capital Partners, and Select Capital Ventures. C&B Capital also participated in this transaction.
